RP will increase lease rent, management & service charges annually inclusive of any increase in lease rent liability

RP uses management & service charges to meet its costs of managing and maintaining property inclusive of repair and maintenance obligations. 

Once lease rent, management & service charges are approved by LA Authority it is extremely unlikely for LA to reduce the HB awards as they have been deemed to be reasonable at the point of development and original tenancy commencement. Support Solutions UK has not experienced this ever occurring.
